America's television meteorologists and sportscasters put Gold Toe® socks to the test this summer-on the links, on the court and in the gym-and overwhelmingly said they would recommend Gold Toe's newest men's sock lines to their friends, according to a national survey conducted by Gold Toe Brands, Inc. The company recruited meteorologists and sportscasters to test out Gold Toe ADC(tm) dress/casual socks and Gold Toe MAX(tm) athletic socks respectively, before they hit department store shelves in August. All of those who responded to the survey said they would recommend Gold Toe socks to others, citing comfort, quality and temperature control as key features they liked.

The weather and sports experts had overwhelmingly positive feedback for Gold Toe after their testing.

As weather experts, Gold Toe enlisted the feedback of 100 meteorologists on Gold Toe ADC (All Day Comfort) temperature-controlled dress/casual socks to see if they agreed that Gold Toe ADC socks provide climate control for your feet. Similarly, 100 sportscaster were asked to try out Gold Toe MAX performance enhancing socks to determine if the athletic socks really do keep feet cool and comfortable whether working around the house or working out.

The survey results were tabulated last week and show that 100% of the surveyed sportscasters responded that Gold Toe MAX met or exceeded their expectations and 100% rated the socks' performance as excellent. The results were similar among the meteorologists testing Gold Toe ADC with 100% and 85% respectively.
