SealSkinz Waterproof Sock – Patented Breathable Technology

The technology
SealSkinz gloves and socks are manufactured using Porelle hydrophillic membrane, P5 40, to provide the highest levels of waterproofness and breathability. The membrane is layered between the inner and outer sock or glove and laminated into place to provide a seamless, close fitting, waterproof, breathable, windproof and durable product.

The range
Mid-light / Long-light sock The Mid-light sock is calf length and provides 60% water vapour permeability with seamless technology for maximum comfort. Also available in a Long-light version that offers waterproof protection up to the knee.

Mid-thermal sock
A progression from the first generation Porelle Drys, the Mid-thermal incorporates a new nylon outer sock for speedier drying and lower absorbency. The terry loop liner provides additional thermal performance.

Water Blocker
Designed to be worn with a SealSkinz liner sock, the Water Blocker incorporates a patented new innovation in waterproof protection – a seal inside the sock, designed to fit so close to your skin that it prevents the entry of water over the sock.

Thermal-liner socks
With padded zones that provide extra cushioning combined with areas without cushioning to enhance fit. The Thermal liner sock is produced using a high bulk yarn to trap air and is designed to be worn with SealSkinz for extra warmth.

Close fitting gloves
These provide close fitting waterproof protection and superb dexterity using grip dots for optimum performance in the wet and cold.
